
Online Seminar on Preparing and Submitting a Payment Request in the Postdoctoral Information System

The Latvian Council of Science invites postdoctoral researchers and administrative staff of scientific institutions to participate in an online seminar dedicated to the preparation and submission of a payment request in the Postdoctoral Information System (PPIS), with a focus on postdoctoral projects not related to economic activity.

Purpose of the Seminar
During the seminar, we will provide a practical and detailed overview of how to prepare and submit a payment request in the PPIS system following the requirements of Measure 1.1.1.9 “Postdoctoral Research”. The content will be especially useful for both early-career researchers implementing postdoctoral research projects and administrative staff responsible for project tracking, document preparation, and data entry.
The seminar will cover:
- Structure of the payment request and required attachments
- Data entry in the Postdoctoral Information System
- Common mistakes and how to avoid them
- Q&A session with participants
