About event
This year, as part of the Scientists' Night event, Elektrum invites visitors to go on an energy journey – to learn about electricity, discover the secrets of renewable energy and learn how to handle electrical appliances safely. During the event, children, young people and families will be able to try workshops, see experiments and participate in interactive activities that allow them to experience science in life. The theme emphasizes the diversity of energy – from natural forces to safe everyday use – and shows how science helps to create a sustainable future.
Workshops and educational activities:
- "Discover Electricity" – an electrical circuit workshop for children
- Renewable energy station – wind and solar energy experiments, interactive maps, photo booth
- Electrical safety "Don't risk electricity" – in collaboration with AS Sadales tīkls
- Bike booth
At 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, Science show with Fizmix

For student groups, the number of students is limited to 30 visitors. Visiting times: 17:00; 18:30; 19:30.
