Horizon Europe Within the framework of the European Partnership Water4All, the "Water for Circular Economy" project competition has been opened.
The competition welcomes project applications that correspond to one of the following competition topics:
- Enhancement of water circularity in industries
- Urban water circularity
- Resource recovery and valorization
- Economic, environmental and social implications of water reuse and recovered products

The competition takes place in two rounds. The competition schedule in Latvian is available here.
Universities, scientific institutes, as well as companies can submit a project application to the competition, providing that the project includes research works from fundamental science to industrial research and experimental developments.
The evaluation of project applications submitted in the competition will take place centrally involving independent experts from different countries in this process.
Funding for the implementation of the project will be allocated to each project participant within the framework of the respective national/regional programs. Funding for the Latvian participant of the project is provided from the financial resources of the state budget sub-programme 70.06.00 "Participation in European Union research and technology development programs".
