Battery Industry Day
About event
The "LACISE" project in collaboration with the Institute of Solid State Physics of the University of Latvia (UL CFI) is organizing the first Battery Industry Day, which will take place on 25 February 2026 from 9:00 to 13:00 at the premises of the UL CFI, Ķengaraga Street 8, Riga.
The aim of the event is to promote cooperation between scientists, industry representatives and policymakers, as well as to jointly discuss the development of battery technologies, innovations and cooperation opportunities in Latvia and Europe. Participants of the event will also have the opportunity to learn about the experience of AS "Latvenergo" in the presentation "Batteries for the company: Stability as an advantage", as well as current battery technology development trends in the Swiss company "ABB Schweiz AG".
Working languages: Latvian and English.
Participation in the event is free of charge.
