Researchers’ Night 2026 Activities
On 25 September 2026, from 18:00 to 22:00, Riga Technical University (RTU) invites visitors of all ages to discover the magic of engineering at “Researchers’ Night 2026”. The extensive programme will offer everyone the opportunity to explore artificial intelligence, robotics, unmanned aerial vehicles, the construction of racing formula cars, and various smart materials. Visitors will be able to meet scientists, explore laboratories, and test their skills. In practical workshops, children, young people, families, and industry representatives will be able to build, solder, measure, and create things themselves. A chemistry experiment show and scientific treats will add special excitement to the event.
The science celebration will take place not only at the RTU campus and the “Futurimo Rīga” curiosity centre (Meža iela 6, k1), but also at the RTU Liepāja Academy and RTU Rēzekne Academy.
