Is there a future in STEM? Have you ever wondered if your place in the future job market will be in STEM? Do you have concerns about whether studying physics, mathematics, engineering, or IT will provide enough opportunities in Latvia or even abroad?

We invite you to the Career Forum! This is an event where, together with industry experts, entrepreneurs, and professionals, we will try to find answers to these questions and help you better understand your future opportunities in the STEM field.

What awaits you at the Career Forum? Direct interaction with employers For the second year, we are organizing this event for students and pupils to create an environment where you can meet your potential future employers in person.

Do you have questions about job opportunities after STEM studies? This is a great opportunity to learn about the skills that are in demand and how to better prepare for a successful career.

Entrepreneur Experience Stories Have you ever thought about what it's like to build a career in STEM? Representatives of companies and industry professionals will share their stories – about their study years, first jobs, and challenges they faced in their career paths.

Find out how they got to their current positions and what opportunities this field offers.

Q&A session with company representatives STEM companies offer various career opportunities – from research and development to high technologies and programming. This will be your chance to ask industry representatives about their experience, challenges, and career opportunities in STEM companies.

Big Discussion: "Why STEM for Me?" At the end of the event, an exciting discussion will take place, featuring experienced entrepreneurs, scientists, and education experts.

We will discuss questions such as:

• Is STEM a safe choice for the future?
• What skills will be needed in the future job market?
• How is Latvia developing in STEM sectors and what are the opportunities abroad?

This discussion will be a great opportunity to hear different opinions and gain a broader understanding of why STEM is important and what opportunities it opens.
