This practical lecture will introduce the key steps that a modern leader must take to successfully implement artificial intelligence (AI) in their company. You will learn about specific AI tools that every leader needs to enhance daily work efficiency.
Lecturer Pauls Jansons is an expert with nearly 20 years of experience in the technology field, constantly seeking ways AI can simplify everyday tasks. During the lecture, he will share personal insights and practical examples of how AI tools have transformed his daily work—and how they can change yours too.
